Abstract

As increasing of aged women and men in our country, the need of postmenopausal care for women is more important in these days. The present study was designed to investigate how to care and manage the vertebral compression fracture and or osteoporosis at climacteric clinic in Dept. of oriental gynecology.
From at the first time of injury, with a complete diagnostic program it is very important to confirm that of a stable fractures, and I think that the nonoperative therapy which involved Herbal medicinal treatment and acupuncture therapy is more effective than common nonoperative therapy. And at the chronic stage, if the pain was improved the therapy of the to replenish of the kidney and rehabilitation therapy are major part of the treatment of the vertebral compression fracture. The emotional supporting was needed to in that stage.
